- As my client, your interest will be upper-most in the performance of my responsibilities to the exclusion of all other interested parties.
- My goal is to provide a report that includes substantial detail. To accomplish this, my policy is to inspect as closely as a general and visual inspection permits. Thus, if safe and practicable, I will try to walk on roofs and get into tight places when accessible such as attics and crawl spaces.
- I will strive to provide extra value when I can, by consulting with you on maintenance ideas and general home safety.
